Ray and I met at a party when I was in med school. I was trying leave but he was blocking our exit. As we tried to squeeze past, he started chatting with me and my friend and we were stuck. The rest of history from there. Ray won me over with two things that night: 1. He was a software engineer - "Cool, He's smart" I thought. 2. Dirty socks. I mentioned I had to run the next morning and somehow our conversation evolved into our strategies for rewearing dirty socks over and over - i.e. socks over the radiator, etc. I knew I could not leave without getting his number (Who would't want sock boy's number??) Once we got talking after that night, I learned he was more than a guy who doesn't do laundry. He doesn't do dishes either. Either way, we bonded over laughter, dining out (especially Mexican food), travel, and love of our families. We now have settled down in his homeland of New Jersey with our dog-ter Luna. We have a laundry service now, so our socks are always fresh. But you can still find us cracking jokes, touring the city for the best food, and planning our next trip. We cannot wait to celebrate our marriage with you!
