Cecilia and Ray met in August 2019 when they attended Cecilia's cousins' birthday party. Coincidentally, her cousins were close friends with Ray. Cecilia and Ray only shared a few words but Cecilia had immediately caught Ray's attention. So much so that Ray's friend Mike, asked Cecilia for her number so that he could give it to Ray. Cecilia was caught off guard but accepted. Slowly, Cecilia and Ray would get to know each other through texts and calls. They soon found out they went to the same college and sometimes saw each other there. They began going on dates and soon started falling in love with each other. They began officially dating on January 2020, the pandemic started shortly after that, and because of that they couldn't go out on dates anymore but they always found a way to spend quality time together. It has been a long road for the couple, from many movie dates, a Disney World vacation, going to many musicals, and many family get-togethers. After 2 and a half years of dating, on Cecilia's 23th birthday, after a nice dinner with their close family members, Ray proposed to her.
