Wedding Day Itinerary: Parking is first come first serve in the structure on York street. Please know that the gardens has other weddings on our wedding day so please come early for parking. If the lot is full, street parking is available. Ceremony: Will begin at 4:00 pm located in the Annuals Pavillion Garden of Denver Botanic Gardens. Please be seated by 4:00 pm. Cocktail Hour: Will begin at 5:15 inside Mitchell Hall, which is located near the entrance of the Gardens. You may explore the gardens with a beverage from our cocktail hour until 6:30. Reception: Will begin inside Mitchell Hall at 6:30. A detailed map of the Gardens is located under the "Travel" Section of this website. Please Note: You may enter Denver Botanic Gardens any time on September 15th as our wedding provides your admission for the day to explore the gardens. We sincerely hope you come and enjoy the gardens during Cocktail Hour or before the ceremony. We look forward to sharing our special day with you!

Casual attire but do bring a jacket/sweater. Based on historical data, weather should/will be a nice 80degrees but & will drop to 65degrees in the evening

Hey Family & Friends, We're so excited to celebrate our wedding with you! Before the big day, we're hosting a casual birthday gathering for Ray to kick off the festivities. When: Saturday, September 14th, 2024 Where: Avanti Food & Beverage (3:45pm - 5pm) What: Enjoy stunning city views, delicious bites, & drinks with friends & family. Afterward, we're taking a leisurely stroll to Little Man Ice Cream for dessert. Feel free to go for a post-ice cream walk to Postino LoHi for a drink or bite to continue the festivities - everything is walking distance! For transportation to/from Avanti, if you're not planning on getting towed up, then driving is fine BUT if you do plan on getting towed up, then highly recommend carpool/rideshare (lyft/uber). During cocktail hour we will have food and beverages for you to enjoy. Feel free to roam the gardens with our bartenders compostable cups and your beverage of choice. We hope you enjoy the gardens as much as we do! Smokers: NO smoking is allowed inside the Denver Botanic Gardens venue, NO EXCEPTIONS as it's Gardens policy, & if you'd like to take a smoke break, please do so OUTSIDE of Denver Botanic Gardens.
