Can you check in Early

Answer

I have contacted each hotel and although they will do their best to accommodate early arrival guests they both can not guarantee any check in before 3pm especially on Friday 11/8. If your reservation is for Friday please try and come semi ready just in case. If there are more updates I will provide

Can my children attend

Answer

We love your little ones but we are kindly keeping our wedding adults only with the exception of our bridal party and closest family. Please make arrangements for your family and keep your RSVP to the names on your invitation

Will there be a shuttle from the hotel to wedding venue

There will be a shuttle bus from the parking lot of the courtyard by Marriott Middletown Goshen at 2:30pm on Friday 11/8 There will also be 2 venue pick up times: 8:30pm and 10pm the evening of to go back to the hotel parking lot Bus info: Charter Up Services Starlight Tours ( Company)

Is there breakfast

Answer

For hotel guests at the courtyard in There is no complementary breakfast but a wonderful restaurant and bar for breakfast. Guests at the Hampton do however have a free continental breakfast every morning. Please note that we have a rehearsal dinner on Thursday 11/7 in the Crystal room at the courtyard at 7pm for the bridal party and for all staying in the hotel the morning after Saturday 11/9 10:30am there will be a brunch for guests staying in both hotels at the Crystal Room at the Courtyard
