Due to limited venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP card. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) & Guest". For families, it will list "(your last name) Family". When you go to RSVP you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.
Invitations have been sent out. Upon receiving, please refer how many seats we have been able to save in your honor. Please then accept or decline and send back in the pre- addressed envelope. The deadline to RSVP is November 15, 2023. If you have any questions, please reach out to me or Ray.
You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.
Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. Due to limited capacity at our venue, we are only able to extend our invitation to children of the immediate family. Please refer to your 'RSVP' card to see if we are able to accommodate your children. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you can still join us and use the day as a date night!
We request a semi-formal for the evening. We recommend suit and tie & cocktail dresses. No jeans, please!
The ceremony & reception will be held indoors.
The ceremony is open seating- pick a seat not a side! During dinner there will be assigned seats! You will be able to find your table number posted in the cocktail area.
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:30 pm, we recommend guests arrive no later than 20 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time to park, mingle, and find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, hang tight and we'll see you at the reception! Thank you for your understanding!
Yes, there will be parking available in the parking deck and the lot behind the venue building.
Please put your phones away for the ceremony. We will have our videographer and photographers there to capture all of the special moments.
