How We MetHow We Met
From Royster Room To Forever
We met at Milford Mill Academy, me, an outspoken sophomore, and Tarrell, a shy senior nursing the disappointment of breaking his thumb during his senior year of football. I couldn’t help but ask him what was wrong, and that simple question started a friendship that would change our lives. In 2010, we tried dating, but it wasn’t the right time. Despite that, our bond remained strong, and we stayed friends.
Then, in 2015, we reconnected, and all those old feelings came rushing back. It felt like destiny had brought us back together, and this time, we were ready. Over the years, we’ve grown together—purchasing our first home, welcoming our beautiful child, and building a life filled with love and laughter. As we stand on the brink of marriage, we’re filled with excitement for all that God has in store for us. We can’t wait to see what the future holds as we continue this journey of love, family, and faith.
