I am currently a professor at Spartanburg Community College, and working pursuing real estate. I am also pursuing a PhD in Higher Education Administration and Student Affairs, so by the end of 2024, we should be Dr. and Dr. Fox!

I am so excited for the opportunity to give Raven a big, slobbery, tongue-out kiss in front of all of you. Franquia Byers Bio. I am a 26 year old, native of Gaffney, SC. I am the oldest daughter of Dr. James and Ruby Byers, and the oldest sister of Raven Byers, the Bride. I am a graduate of the University of South Carolina Upstate where I earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Secondary Math Education (2018) and Northcentral University, where I earned a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership (2021). I am a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporate (2018) and Drayton Mills Church of Christ (2019). Currently, I am a Math teacher at McCracken Middle School in Spartanburg, SC. I am friendly, out-going, and loving. I enjoy online shopping, traveling, working out, and visiting friends and family. I had the pleasure of meeting Justin in 2017 and building a friendship with him ever since. I am glad to have been a part of Justin and Raven’s love story and I am honored to serve as Maid of Honor.

Gaffney, SC Officer in the United States Air Force Hi everyone, the names Tyrus, aka "T-Boogie", aka "Take Me There", The Poet. After the failed attempt of being with Justin’s sister back in 2012, he gained a brother. Endless Karaoke nights at Applebees, the jukebox at Waffle House, and even impromptu Spoken Word while waiting in the lines at Walmart, our friendship quickly rose to the top. I actually take credit for introducing Justin and Raven. The day they met, Raven was riding with me and her sister to a poetry show in Charlotte, NC when I stopped at the airport to collect Justin from his return flight from Panama. Once I saw Justin teach Raven how to salsa at the R&B lounge, I knew this would turn into something special. Now, after failed attempts at dating both of their sisters, I finally get to stand and watch my could-have-been brother and sister-in-law tie the knot. Its an honor.

Words can’t describe how happy I feel to be chosen to stand beside my best friend on her special day. Most of y’all don’t know me but our friendship goes back 13 years. I remember the first day of band class being so happy that it was another girl playing drums. The best part was we instantly became best friends that day. When I met Justin I knew my friend got a good one. He is someone who complements my bestie humor, intelligence and adventurous personality. One of my many favorite memories is surprising Justin in Tennessee for his birthday. That day was so fun even though I had to faced my fear of heights. Raven you've been my friend for the longest and with me through all of my big life moments. And now it’s my turn to be there for you just like you were there for me on the first day of band class all those years ago.

Justin and I have been friends ever since chorus at Carver Jr highschool. The memories with Justin are endless. I won't take the time to talk about him but just know that Justin is and has always been a unique person. Even when the going got tough, he kept going. He's always has had a positive attitude no matter what situation he went through. Instead of looking at the glass half empty, he always looked at it half full. Another thing about Justin is that you can never be mad at him. No matter what he did to you, the foxy charm would turn the situation around. Even though the years where we didn't see each other because of college, you've always stayed in touch and everytime we linked back together it felt liked we always picked up where we left off. I'm so glad that you realized Raven was the one for you. Justin I can truly say that you are a friend that sticks close like a brother. I can't wait to see what God will do in your life. Hello Everyone. my name is Briana, most refer to me as Bri. I am 27 years old originally from Baltimore, Maryland however I have lived in the Carolinas for about 17 years. One would say I am a city girl with a splash of country flavor. I have known Raven for almost 3 years. We met through her older sister Franquia. She was the sweetest soul. I knew this friendship was meant to be because we both share a genuine love for food. Throughout the years we have all created so many unforgettable memories, my favorite being Summer of 2020. Charlotte day trip, Top Golf ending with one of our legendary competitive game nights. Anytime spent with you both is nothing shy of amazing. Thank you for choosing me to be apart of the Bride Tribe.

Rock Hill, SC General Surgeon I became great friends with Justin and Raven during 2018, when Justin and I went to school together. It has been a privilege to watch their relationship bloom from the early stages into what it is today. As someone who grew up in Rock Hill and has lived in Spartanburg for the past 4 years, I would be hard-pressed to find two other people my age who are as beloved and well-respected by the local community as these two. I plan to pursue a career as a surgeon and I hope my training keeps me around the area so that I can see my two good friends continue to grow, mature, and give back to the world with one another. Hi, I am Alexis Mitchell. I am 23 years old. I date Raven’s cousin Russ and that’s how we met. I first met Justin at Don and Jewelle’s wedding. Justin was singing the high notes to all the songs while we were waiting for the wedding to start. He will sing anywhere and everywhere, for anything and anyone as loud as he wants. My type of person. My favorite memory of Raven is her teaching me all the dance moves at the girls trip. Going to church with both of them and experiencing the love and support that their community has for them was amazing. Spartanburg, SC Civil Rights Attorney I first heard Justin Fox's name when he was in maybe late-elementary school or early in middle school as folks were singing his praises and telling me that I had to meet him. We later worked together at Carver Middle School the summer before he was going to Harvard for college and I was headed there for grad school. So, it was in Cambridge that our friendship deepened and from there, I've been grateful to watch his growth, to see his path unfold, and to witness his best chapter yet: Raven. When I first met her, I knew she would be an amazing fit for Justin! So grateful to know these two and I look forward to seeing the amazing things their union will represent.

It seems like forever ago, but at the end of the summer Justin, my brother Ryan, and I were hanging out by the basketball court just day-dreaming about the future and I remember Justin saying that when we get married we are going to be in each others weddings. Now, 11 years later that bond hasn't changed. He probably doesn't even remember saying it, but when he asked me to be in his wedding I was so happy that he kept his promise. Finally, life is unfolding just the way we all imagined it. Raven is a good person and I think she goes well with my cousin. I'm excited for you both.
