Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are preferred, but not required.
This is a Black-Tie/Cocktail Formal Event, however it is going to be hot outside so please dress accordingly. Doors to the inside dinner area will not be open until 4:30pm so we do recommend you dress comfortably. During the Ceremony we ask that all guests turn cellphones on silent/off as there will be a Videographer working to capture our most precious moments and we want them to be able to have clear audio and video. There will also be a Photographer taking candid photos throughout the Ceremony as well and we want to make their job as easy as possible.

Reception Requests
During this time we will continue cocktail hour until our Grand Entrance. We do ask that all guests find their seats when the Grand Entrance is announced so the Wedding Party isn't interrupted during that time. After this you may start mingling until dinner is announced. It is to be noted that there will be a curfew for children at 9pm. We ask that by 9pm you are aware that the atmosphere will change to an adult setting and the music will change to being EXPLICIT. If you don't want your children to be around this atmosphere we recommend making prior accommodations for them so the adults can enjoy the rest of the night at the cash bar and on the dance floor. The cash bar will be open until midnight, we just ask that guests do not drink and drive.
