WHEN SHOULD I RSVP?

Answer

If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation - that is great and extremely helpful! To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the first and last name(s) listed on your invitation. We ask that you kindly reply before May 15th! Any RSVP received after this date will be marked as “no” and you will be missed! We hope you understand!

WHAT IF I CAN’T MAKE IT?

That is okay and you will be missed! If you cannot make our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “NO” so we can plan accordingly.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to space limitations for a destination wedding, plus ones cannot be accommodated unless listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.

CAN WE TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We want all to be present in the moment. We will have an amazing team of photographers and videographers, so we will be having a fully unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that there are no pictures or videos taken until it is announced to do so (Don’t worry, we will have plenty of opportunity to catch your own shots!) Thank you in advance for respecting our wishes!

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get fancy with us! We are requesting a formal dress code for the evening. We ask that no jeans or sneakers be worn! Dresses, Slacks, tuxedos, suits are encouraged! We also ask that guests avoid wearing colors reserved for the bride such as cream, ivory, or white.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?

Answer

Absolutely bring your littles if able! We are already aware that most of our invited guest have children and have included them in your invite. Just be sure to include if you are bringing your children in the RSVP so that we have plenty of food for everyone!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

The doors will be open at 5:15pm for guests to start being seated. We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes before the start time (6pm or sunset - will confirm closer to the day). If you arrive after the stated time, you will be asked to wait until the ceremony is finished and then join us at the reception!

WHERE SHOULD I STAY FOR THE WEDDING WEEKEND?

We thank you wholeheartedly for traveling to celebrate with us! Please visit our “Where to Stay” tab to see hotels in the area. Air BNB also has great options in town!

WHERE WILL THE RECEPTION TAKE PLACE?

Answer

Reception is to follow the ceremony in the same building :)

HOW DOES THE SEATING WORK?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating to sit wherever you please! However, we are requesting you avoid the first 3 rows on each side at the ceremony for our immediate family and wedding party. Reception will be open seating as well. Please avoid any seating that may already be reserved for the wedding party and immediate family.

IS THE VENUE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Answer

Yes, the venue has a stairwell, as well as a coded elevator to allow access for all.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Answer

Yes, there is complimentary guest parking. Although we do recommend carpooling if able to prevent over crowding.

WILL THERE BE ALCOHOL?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing alcoholic beverages. However, we DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. We recommend using rideshare apps (Uber, Lyft) if you plan on drinking! Otherwise, please know who your DD is ahead of time!
