☀️ Shades of Sunshine ☀️ For our Maiyan ceremony, we’d love for everyone to join in the tradition by wearing yellow or golden tones—a color symbolizing joy and new beginnings! Guests are welcome to wear Indian or Western attire. If you’re going the Indian route, a yellow kurta, salwar suit, lehenga, or saree will fit right in. For Western attire, think breezy dresses, jumpsuits, collared shirts, or dressy casual outfits in warm, sunny hues.

🌿✨ Mehndi and High Tea 🌿✨ Think vibrant and elegant! Guests are welcome to wear either Indian or Western attire—whatever makes you feel fabulous and festive. For Western outfits, flowy dresses, midi or maxi lengths, and light suits are perfect for an outdoor celebration. Men can opt for light suits, collared shirts with dress pants, or even a stylish blazer with chinos for a polished yet relaxed look. For Indian attire, breezy sarees, lehengas, or kurtas in soft, summery fabrics will fit right in. Embrace color, have fun with prints, and dress to celebrate!
🤍 Timeless & Tranquil 🤍 For our Anand Karaj ceremony, we invite you to wear soft, neutral tones that reflect the serene and sacred atmosphere of the Gurdwara. Think ivory, beige, pastels, or light earthy hues—colors that feel peaceful and elegant. Guests are welcome to wear Indian or Western attire that adheres to the Gurdwara’s guidelines. For Indian wear, salwar suits, kurtas, or simple anarkalis in light tones are perfect. For Western attire, we suggest modest dresses, tailored pants with a blouse, or a button-down shirt with dress pants or a skirt in muted shades. As the ceremony will take place in a Gurdwara, all guests must be covered as a sign of respect. Women should cover their heads with a scarf, dupatta, or shawl, and men should also cover their heads with a turban, kippa, or scarf. Scarves and head coverings will be available on-site if needed. Additionally, please avoid wearing sleeveless shirts or shorts. Comfortable attire is encouraged as the ceremony will include sitting on the ground, so please wear something you can comfortably sit in.
