One day I was video chatting with his sister, Odayne was in the room and asked to say hello. He got on the video chat and said hello, and I said hi and he just stared awkwardly for while. We started working together and talked for a while. A couple months later I was leaving and he whispered “I want to be you’re man” I messaged him later that day and said "is that your way of asking me to be your girlfriend he said "yes" and I said "ok". Our first date was on his birthday we went out to dinner I ordered a slab or ribs and he just stared for awhile and I said “can you please not watch me” and the rest is history.....

Odayne proposed on a boat ride through the city it was beautiful. I had went outside he claimed he was going to the bathroom I was outside on the deck of the boat looking at the wonderful view, I turned around he was on he’s knees he pulled something out of his back pocket and my heart sank. He opened the box and said will you marry me and after like 5 seconds of thinking I said YES!!! I was still in pain from my wisdom teeth being pulled so I was a little miserable that day. After I said yes we had the best steak I’ve ever tasted in my lifetime. After dinner we went to a private section on the boat that the server took us to because he heard we just got engaged. The private section on the boat no one was allowed on we sat there for a while and enjoyed the wonderful, beautiful view of the city. It was the best night of my life!
