WE'RE GETTING MARRIED!

Chris and I first saw each other at one of my bridesmaid's (Peyton Ginzel) 14th birthday party however, we officially meet at Jessica Rau Lasiter's 16th birthday party. Chris was early and offered to help my mom and I carry in the groceries. Chris then proceeded to get Peyton to invite me to things he just so happened to always be at... and then finally asked me to be his girlfriend at St. Edward's fair on October 20th, 2007 while watching LSU complete a 22 yard pass as time expired to beat Auburn.

We were in Newport Beach, California with Chris's co-workers. It was the morning on the last day of one the most incredible trips we have have ever been on. We had breakfast in our room and then went to walk down to the beach. We walked along the beach, took lots of pictures, and then Chris hugged me to tell me something really nice I am sure but all I could feel was his heart racing a mile a minute. I just looked up at him, and then he got on one knee and asked me to finally marry him. It was truly the easiest decision of my life. We are so incredible excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with all of you!
