Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4 PM. Please arrive early enough to be seated before the ceremony begins.

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our goal is to be outside for the ceremony, however, this is weather permitting. The cocktail hour/reception has space inside and outside for everyone to move freely between. There will be a bar in both areas as well.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation has a plus one, please feel free to bring who you would like.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at the venue. You are welcome to leave your car in the parking lot overnight.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are so excited that you'll be joining us, and we want you to relax and be fully present for our ceremony. We have an amazing photographer who will capture every moment, and we'll make sure you see those photos as soon as we do! With this in mind, we ask that you refrain from photos during the ceremony; for the reception? Go wild!

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the Wilderness?

Answer

Yes there will be one or two shuttles pending on quantity of people going from the Wilderness to the venue and the same goes for going back to the Wilderness at the end of the night.

Have we reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

Yes - we have reserved a block of rooms at the Wilderness. See more information on the Travel tab.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to guest number restrictions, we are only able to invite children of close family to our wedding. We hope you’ll understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. While gifts are not expected, we have created a wedding registry on Amazon and it can be found on the registry tab.
