Trolley Pick-Up
3:30 pm
A trolley will be at the parking garage to escort guests to the venue at 3:30pm. The trolley can hold 75 guests and you can either park in the garage to catch it, or just meet it at the garage. Parking in St. Augustine can be tricky unless you know the ins and outs, so this or taking an Uber are going to be your best bets!
Arrival
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Arrival to The White Room’s Villa Blanca (pink building in the back of The White Room) will begin at 4pm. Doors will close at 4:30pm for the ceremony to begin. Please arrive between 4-4:30pm so you can enjoy the ceremony with us!
Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
The ceremony will take place on the first floor of The White Room’s Villa Blanca and will go from 4:30-5pm! Please no phones or cameras, we will happily share photos from our photographer!
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Cocktail hour will immediately follow the ceremony and be held in the same room!
Dinner
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Dinner will be served on the 2nd floor of The White Room’s Villa Blanca. It will be served buffet style!
Party Time!
7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
We will head back down to the first floor of The White Room’s Villa Blanca to start the party and dance the night away!

9:00 pm
