The Westin La Quinta Golf Resort & Spa

This is where we will have a hotel room block at, and where our wedding will be taking place on Saturday May 9th. Golf with the Groom will also be taking place here Friday May 8th. It is optional to stay here as you are more than welcome to find your own accommodations for the weekend. Airbnb and other hotel options are available in Marbella & surrounding areas.

Flight

Málaga - Costa del Sol (AGP), Spain

Flying to Málaga - Costa del Sol (AGP) is the closest airport to our wedding venue. Uber and taxis are available from the airport, however Uber will be the most cost efficient of the two. It is about a 40 min drive to The Westin from the airport. Bus and Rental car options also available (more info in that section). For our PA guests - flying out of Philadelphia is easiest, but do consider Newark, NJ or JFK, NYC as the prices can be different and there are a lot more options to Europe.

Rental Car

Enterprise Alquiler de Coches - Aeropuerto De Málaga-Costa Del Sol

Renting a car in Málaga is a great option if you will be staying longer than Friday/Saturday. My mom and I did it when visiting in March 2025 and felt like it was a smooth process. You can reserve your rental car ahead of time, however when we did this, the rental car associate told us it is cheaper to just show up to ANY of the rental car companies desk (does not have to be enterprise it just made me add one specific address) and get one on the spot. She mentioned they always have cars available and its about 30% cheaper to do it on the spot vs. pay ahead online. This goes for any of the rental car companies available. Things to note: majority of signs in Málaga/Marbella are in English and Spanish. There are a lot of round-abouts vs. traffic lights. There is one main highway that takes you to Marbella ( A-7 non toll, and AP-7 tolled) from the airport. Apple maps and google maps works very well to navigate around depending on your service provider. If you have T-mobile your phone service will work immediately with no added travel service plan. At the hotel, there is a parking fee of 10 euros per day that will be added to your hotel bill at the end of the weekend. It is very easy to drive around the different towns of Marbella - underground parking is everywhere just look for the big blue P. Street parking available but our wedding planner advises against this.
