Is there a dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. We request that guests please refrain from wearing black dresses or charcoal suits, as the bridal party will be wearing those colors. Thank you for your cooperation.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by July 31st to help us finalize seating arrangements and ensure an accurate count for the caterer.

what happens if i miss the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We totally understand that things come up, but due to venue and catering deadlines, we won’t be able to accommodate guests who don’t RSVP by the deadline. If we don’t hear from you in time, we’ll miss you and hope to celebrate together another time!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore your children; however, our wedding will be a kid-free event so that the parents can enjoy an evening out without their children. Our nephews will be present for the ceremony and will be retrieved promptly at its conclusion.

Can I bring a date?

Our venue has limited seating, so we kindly request that you refrain from bringing a guest unless one is specified on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding.

Please let us know of any food allergies or dietary restrictions on your RSVP. We want everyone to enjoy the meal and reception.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We will book a block of rooms for our wedding guests. You will find the more information on the Hotel Information tab of our wedding website.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. We request that guests arrive by 3:30 p.m. to allow time to find parking and be seated. Please note that the hotel does not allow check in until 3 pm. It states 4 pm on the website but has adjusted for the wedding guests. Please plan accordingly, Thank you!

There is ample parking on site at the venue.

Can I park overnight at the venue?

Answer

Our venue provides ample parking on site and allows for overnight parking to ensure absolute safety of our guests. Ubers and other rideshares are available in the area to get you safely back to the hotel.
