Meaning of the event: A celebratory pre-wedding event dedicated to music, dance, and the merging of two families. Women will dance and get their henna done. There will also be a Jaggo, which is an old tradition to "awaken" the neighborhood and announce the upcoming festivities.

Garden Attire: Wear sundresses and floral prints - yellow or green clothes preferred but optional
Meaning of the event: a vibrant pre-wedding ritual the day before the wedding where a golden paste made of turmeric, sandalwood, and rose water is applied to the bride, symbolizing purification, protection, and warding off evil.
