Will you have an additional reception in California?

Answer

Yes! We will be having a less formal reception in California sometime after our wedding. The date and location is yet to be decided, but it will be a simple BYOB type party with some kind of catered food. -Editor's Note- If we're lucky and can maybe find some help, my future wife might let me cook up tri-tip for everyone!

Is there a dress code?

Semi-formal. No jeans, please!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome, however, we will be having a cut off time for children under 15 so that the grown ups can let loose!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:50 so everyone can be settled and in their seats.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot outside of the DEC, and a Target parking lot is across the street.

Are there any fun things to do in the area?

Answer

The Aberdeen area is fairly small, however, there are a handful of restaurants near the DEC. There are also various wildlife refuges, museums, and parks in the area, and, if you’re a hunter, it’s a great area to do that! If you enjoy outdoorsy activities or like to camp, feel free to ask for recommendations.
