Travel: If you're coming from the US... we recommend that you fly into London. From London you can either rent a car (keep in mind the English drive on the opposite side of the road!) or you can take a train to Bristol followed by Uber/taxi to the venue. Bristol is ~2 hours west of London.
Accommodation/The Venue: De Vere Tortworth Court (our venue) has ~200 guest rooms so there should be plenty of space for everyone there! Please refer to their main website below for booking. You can book your room beginning May 2026. Since the venue is not closed to the public and thus rooms could become unavailable, we highly recommend that you book asap xx
