Answer

Based on the save-the-dates, out-of-town guests are welcome to begin reserving their rooms through the travel page as soon as they’d like, ensuring they secure a spot at the special group rate at either the W Philadelphia or the Element Hotel. A formal RSVP will be requested once the formal invitations are sent out in early 2026, at which point we’ll ask all guests to confirm their attendance and provide additional event details. This allows us to better plan and ensure we have everything needed for a smooth and memorable celebration!

Answer

Yes, a valid passport is required for international guests, and we kindly ask that you also check the visa requirements for travel to the United States. For domestic guests, a Real ID will be needed to travel to Philadelphia. We recommend obtaining or renewing any necessary documents at least 4–6 months in advance to avoid any delays.

We love your little ones! However, due to limited capacity, we’ve only been able to invite select children to join the celebration. Please check your invitation to see if your kiddos were included. Thank you for understanding!
