Welcome Table and Cocktails

Please stop by our Welcome Table on your way in. We will also have an Open Bar with beer, wine, and liquor for the entire afternoon. Feel free to have a drink on your way to seating for our Outdoor Gazebo Ceremony.

Outdoor Gazebo Ceremony

12:30 pm - 1:00 pm

We will say our vows at the Gazebo in front of friends and family. Rashanda’s mother, Regina Rhodes Shade, will be in attendance. Bill’s parents will be acknowledged by his sister, Colette Manion.

Photographs and Hors d’oeuvres

1:00 pm - 1:30 pm

Please enjoy hors d’oeuvres in the Capers Room after being photographed. We would like a photo with each of our guests’ families.

Lunch Reception in the Capers Room

1:30 pm - 3:30 pm

We have chosen an elegant lunch menu. Please advise if you have special dietary needs as soon as possible.

Champagne Well Wishes

3:30 pm - 4:00 pm
