We are finally saying yes and getting married! Al fin nos vamos a casar!

We both swiped right on Bumble in early April 2019 and finally met in-person on May 29th, after weeks of communication. He finally broke me down to meet him up at a local bar and had a few drinks. I of course refused to let him buy me anything (as he says I had a cold-heart). We met up again two days later had dinner and we kept on seeing each other. So Bumble thank you for letting us swipe right and of course for matching us up, here we are four years later and he made me fall in love with him.

Went with Raquel's family to the local Pearl to see the Christmas lights that were still up on New Year's Day. It was a long day after being up until about 3 A.M. from popping fireworks and eating that she says she looked horrible in her t-shirt and messy bun, but to me she was beautiful of course. It was a little breezy but not enough for me to come with an excuse of why I needed my jacket with me. I told Raquel "I might get cold", her face looked at me weird since I am usually the one who is always in a short sleeve shirt. Still had the jacket in my arms, nervous but I somehow got her to go walk with me alone to see the lights, we came to the river and sat on a bench, under the twinkling lights, my palms sweaty but I pulled out the small black box out of my jacket pocket. I asked her how she felt today had been and casually opened the box and just looked at her. She was awestruck that I even had that and of course I was nervous but I said I love her and will she marry me. She said yes.
