To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible However, the deadline is July 1, 2025. If we don’t receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and we have to mark you as ‘no.’ We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner. We hope you understand.
As there is no specific dress code, we kindly encourage everyone to dress up in their best formal western attire. Our venue is outside and weather conditions may be unpredictable. The ceramony and cocktail hour’s terrain is uneven so boots and flats would be best.
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you’ve received a plus one, they’ll be specifically addressed when you RSVP. Otherwise, we ask that only named people in the invitation are in attendance.
Yes, of course they are! Just take extra caution with your littles, as we will be along side the river and on an open pasture.
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do.” We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please fill free to take as many photos and videos as you like.
Yes! The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you. If you choose to, please bring tips for the bartender. We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages on the premise.
We ask you arrive to the ceremony at 4:00 PM to allow time to park and walk to ceremony site. Our ceramony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.
The Log River Ranch is located 6 miles outside the town of Chama. Plenty of parking available on site. For those that plan on drinking, a shuttle will be provided by the venue to transport guests back to the three preferred lodging locations.
