PASSPORT + VISA: U.S. citizens must also obtain a Brazilian tourist e-Visa, which is completed online and is valid for 10 years. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to board your flight or enter Brazil without a valid visa, so please make sure to complete this step in advance. Please reach out to Nick for further information and assistance if helpful.
Flight
There are two main airport options: Guarulhos International Airport (GRU) - The largest international airport in São Paulo, offering the most flight options from North America and other international destinations. It is approximately 1.5 hours by car from the wedding venue. Viracopos International Airport (VCP) - Located approximately 45 minutes by car from the wedding venue. While it offers fewer international flight options, it is a convenient choice for guests connecting through domestic flights within Brazil. Additional Domestic Airport: São Paulo also has a third airport, Congonhas Airport (CGH), which primarily serves domestic flights and may be a convenient option for travel within Brazil.

For those arriving earlier, we recommend this hotel in the city of São Paulo. We will provide transportation from this hotel to the hotels in Itatiba (venue town) on Friday morning—more details to come. There are also several other great hotel options in the Itaim neighborhood if you prefer to explore different price points or styles.
