A love story over a decade in the making, the bride and groom met in middle school band. After several longing looks back and forth in class and one nerve-filled date at the movies, these two were certain that they were in it for the long haul.

Going to the movies has always been our "thing" since we first started dating. We shared so many firsts there...first date, hug, handhold, kiss, we even worked our first jobs at the movie theater! Of course, it was only fitting that we created another memory at the movies. With the help of some family and friends, I created a film trailer that incorporated Raquel's love for Harry Potter and the story of our journey together. I rented out a theater, snuck out just before the trailers started, and came back in holding a flower tray with a crank music box playing Hedwig's Theme in the center. I got down on one knee and opened the music box with her ring inside! The look on her face of surprise and love made all the planning worthwhile!
