We were inseparable when we were little. When Katie lived in Salisbury, NC about a 15 minute drive from my house, I cannot remember any week where I wouldn't be at her house being forced to watch and re-watch Little House on The Prairie, and Brady Bunch episodes. Although the now 4 hour drive to Virginia means we don't stay in touch perfectly and consistently, there will always be this connection that when we meet up again to visit the beach for spring break, or get a coffee when she is in town to visit relatives, we pick up like no time has passed. This to me is priceless friendship that doesn't have an expiration date.

We were buddies through the years at church, but only really took to real friendship in the last year or two as we realized our common interests and began to hangout more. Victoria is by far one of the most generous and caring people I know. She will really do anything for the people she loves and is always there to help when things hit a rough patch. Her heart is truly in everything she does, and I don't think I have ever seen her give less than 100%. She really has aided me in these last couple years in my relationship, as well as my mental health. She truly is a rock in my life now.

My only sister whom people used to mistake for me, and her I. We grew up in a group of siblings who are scarily similar and close. We would always watch cooking shows, fashion tv , while we made art together. To my elation she was the kind of sister who would give me all of her mounds of hand me downs when she would go through her closet. Having such a similar sense of humor has always allowed us to have times together where we couldn't even breathe we were laughing so hard. Family is always special to me, and Elisa and I would always sit next to each other at family events, for years and years, and still do.
McKenna Caudill

First cousin of Austin, McKenna is a vibrant and sassy girl who really is a great example to everyone. She has always made me laugh and through the years of knowing the Pinions and then dating Austin, she was always friendly and comfortable around me. She is such a kind soul going off to various countries to aid the poor and sick as an aspiring nurse (and now working on that degree!). She always seems so delighted to be helping others, and in pursuing her degree.
