In January 2023, in Colón, Panama, Evrima - the first yacht from The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection - prepared to set sail for four days to Miami, Florida. This journey carried no guests, only a photoshoot crew, the HR team, and all the crew who brought the ship to life. One evening, during a black-and-white party by the aft pool, the long days of work gave way to laughter beneath the open sky. Somewhere on the Gulf of Mexico, under a canopy of stars, a quiet spark of friendship was born. What began as playful exchanges on Instagram soon grew into daily conversations, then into coffee dates away from the office. Mini-golf games, rounds of Pac-Man, and nights at the movies, became the backdrop of a growing connection. Finally, on August 12th, 2023, standing on the Pompano Beach Pier, that friendship blossomed into something more - something destined to last.
