We're getting married!

We matched on Bumble in 2020 while both were in college. Jordan was a senior at Morehouse College, online back home in Florida, due to the pandemic. Nina was a freshman at the University of Central Florida, excited to be in college. The couple matched on Bumble while Nina was traveling to Jordan's hometown, Tampa. Their first date was at Disney's Animal Kingdom, and the couple spent hours together. The couple saw each other nonstop for 2 months until Jordan asked Nina to be his girlfriend in December 2020 while Nina was home in Atlanta. The couple has been long-distance, whether it be Orlando to Tampa, Orlando to Los Angeles, or Orlando to Detroit. The couple remained more in love and together as time went on, and distance only made them stronger. In August 2024, the couple moved in together after years of being apart, to Detroit, Michigan. They have since bought a house, gotten a dog named Bron, and, of course, gotten engaged!
