We would love for our guests to make a weekend out of our wedding! We invite you to stay in the Escondido and Temecula areas (both between 10-25 minutes away from the venue), and take the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Please note that our ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 p.m. Please plan to arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony's scheduled start time to account for the time needed to drop off your vehicle with our on-site valet concierge and find your seat. Cold refreshments will be ready for you upon arrival.
Yes, on-site parking will be available at the venue via our complimentary valet concierge service. In order to ensure your safety, guests may leave their vehicle at the venue overnight, however, your vehicle MUST be picked up by 12:00 p.m. the following morning, Monday, August 19, 2024.
Given the venue's remote location and narrow streets, we are unable to provide large-group transportation. We highly recommend that our guests schedule Uber and Lyft rides in advance to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off to and from our wedding. Here are some tips to help you plan your ride: - Use Ride Scheduling Features: Both Uber and Lyft offer options to schedule rides in advance. This feature can provide peace of mind and ensure you arrive and leave on time. - Share Rides: If you know other guests attending the wedding, consider coordinating and sharing rides. Our wedding ceremony will take place outdoors, providing a beautiful natural backdrop for our special day. The reception will follow under an open-air pavilion, allowing everyone to celebrate comfortably in the shade while enjoying the fresh air. We will also have an indoor cedar lounge available for guests who prefer a cozy indoor setting or need a break from the outdoor festivities. We hope these arrangements will provide a pleasant and enjoyable experience for all our guests. We expect weather to range from a high of 80-85 degrees during the day with a low of 60-65 degrees at night.
Cocktail hour will commence immediately after our ceremony. At this time, guests will be served with a variety of hors d’oeuvres accompanied by an open bar. Once cocktail hour has ended, guests will be directed to the open-air pavilion where they will be able to enjoy seated, family-style dining, with their respective tables. If you have any dietary restrictions or concerns, please make sure to indicate them when you RSVP.
