We are encouraging a "cowboy formal" dress code, so dust off that sport coat and bolo tie! That being said, we want everyone to come celebrate with us no matter the outfit! (So yes, you can wear jeans, we won't kick you out.)
Yes! Please tell us in the RSVP section if you plan to bring kids, so we can have a special kids menu prepared. There will also be an entertainment area for the little cowpokes once the dance is in full swing. Once the dance begins, please be mindful of your children, we will have many swing dancers and line dancers in attendance, and we don't want any injuries on the dance floor.
Yes! We intend to provide a shuttle to the hotel where our room blocks are set aside so you can continue to celebrate with us! Shuttle from the Comfort Suites will depart at 5 and 5:15 PM. Shuttles from the Dakota Bank center back to the hotel will depart at 10:30, 11:00, and 11:30.
We plan to have the dance wrapped up before midnight, plenty of time to catch us at Ray's for one.
We know, not the answer everyone wants. Unfortunately, our venue contract does not allow for a true "open bar" but we are exploring other options for providing "adult" refreshments to you all! There will be a full bar with beer, wine, and liquor. Non-alcoholic options will also be available. Please respect the rules of our venue and refrain from bringing in outside alcohol.
