Question

What is the dress code for the wedding? Are there any colors to avoid?

Answer

We're aiming for a cocktail attire style for our wedding in sunny Orlando, Florida. This means tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are cocktail dresses and suits. For men, it is tie-optional. Please feel free to bring sunglasses for the ceremony and to remove any jackets at any time you're too warm. We will be supplying fans for the ceremony. We kindly ask female guests to avoid wearing white and champagne/tan to avoid any potential clashes with the bridal party.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please be on time and arriving by the latest 4:45pm. Ceremony will start promptly at 5pm. Thank you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There is a parking lot at the venue, that is free. We strongly encourage ride sharing, or Uber/Lyft/cab if you are drinking as there will be an open bar.

Should gifts be sent to your house or given at the wedding?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is a wonderful gift to us. If you are feeling generous to get us something, you can send gifts to our house or you are more than welcome to bring it to the event. We will have a cards & gifts table. Whatever is easier for you, we are beyond grateful!

Will there be an event on Friday night upon arrival?

Answer

Currently we do not have an event planned for arrival on Friday night, however, we will make an announcement via the website as we get closer for any events. We likely, will be going to a restaurant/bar at the Universal CityWalk.

Are kids / plus ones welcome?

Answer

Due to budget constraints, we're unable to accommodate all children and plus ones. If they are not mentioned on your invitation, it is due to limitations. We appreciate your understanding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

On your RSVP section on the website, there is a section to add your food allergy. If you accidentally forgot to include this, please reach out to the Bride or Groom ASAP so we can make our caterers aware.

When should I rsvp?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by August 15th, 2024. If you cannot attend, we will miss you, and would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Those that do not RSVP by August 15th, 2024 - we are so sorry you could not make it! If you miss this date, we may be unable to accommodate your presence at the wedding, as we will be sending a final headcount to our vendors shortly after this date.
