Please RSVP no later than September 1, 2025. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume you are unable to attend. We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for your understanding!
They ceremony will start promptly at 3 pm. We ask that guests arrive between 2:30-2:55 pm, as the Japanese Gardens won't give us access to set up until 2 pm.
Ceremony at Shinzen Japanese Garden: There is parking in Woodward Park, outside of the Japanese Garden gate. Must pay for parking, except for wedding party and parents of bride and groom. Reception at The Orchard: Look for signs for correct parking lot inside the gate of the venue. It is the first gate opening facing the venue.
Our wedding dress code is formal attire. For men, we recommend suits and ties, while women can choose elegant dresses, jumpsuits, or rompers. Please avoid wearing ivory, white, green, or jeans
Only guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. To confirm your guest(s), please use the RSVP QR code provided to indicate the number of attendees and their names.
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event. We kindly ask that you make arrangements for childcare in advance, and we appreciate your understanding as we celebrate this special day!
Yes, and we’re offering a selection of signature drinks, beers, and shots. We hope you enjoy the custom cocktails we’ve curated for the occasion!
Our venue’s curfew is 11:00 PM, which means all music will wrap up by then to ensure we stay within the rules. Guests are kindly asked to head out by 11:30 PM so everything can be tidied up afterward. For those enjoying the bar, last call will be an hour before the curfew
