How do I get to the Villa?

Answer

We are renting 4 cars for the whole week! Transportation will be covered by Randy, Ana, Tom, and Rosanna.

Who is driving the rental cars?

How long are we staying in the Villa?

Answer

Check-In is on Saturday, April 20th and Check-Out is on Saturday, April 27th - One Week!

Question

Do we need to pay for our own food?

Answer

We will stock each unit/apartment with groceries for the week. You're more than welcome to restock anything that you run out of or anything else you might want/need. On the occasions we go out to eat you will need to pay for yourself.

ANY EXTRA EXPENSES I SHOULD KNOW ABOUT?

Answer

You will need to cover your roundtrip train ticket to Rome. Any extra expenses like food, shopping and activities. You're welcome to chip in for Gas.

Are we paying for ubers or taxis?

Answer

Yes! We expect only to Uber twice in Rome. From and to the Station to central Rome. Feel free to chip in for gas and parking expenses when we drive around.

ARE WE VISITING OTHER PLACES IN ITALY?

Answer

We will take day trips to Florence, Pisa and Rome. You will need to cover your own expenses if you decide to leave the Villa and tour other cities.

Should we expect to walk long distances?

Answer

Everything is walking distance. Expected walking distance is less than one mile from one spot to another.

Question

Will we sit down together to eat at restaurants?

Answer

No. To eat at restaurants we will need to divide by "Car Groups" to get tables.

Question

ANYTHING I MIGHT NEED TO PACK WITH ME?

Answer

PASSPORT (make sure expiration date is more than 6 months from April)! European Adapter Plug, Swimsuit, Sweaters (we expect Italy to be chilly), Compression Socks (wear during long flights).

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire: Light colors and fabrics are recommended for a Spring Wedding. Men can wear a dark or light-colored suit and tie, or a sports jacket with dress pants. Women should wear a long dress or a formal suit in pastel colors, floral or lace.
