When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30, so we recommend getting to the venue between 4:00-4:15 - this gives you plenty of time to grab a drink and find a seat!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love for our guests to dress in cocktail attire - think a step above casual and a step below formal For the ladies: cocktail dresses, midi dress, dressy jumpsuits, etc For the men: a suit or dress pants with a button down (ties welcome but NOT required!) As long as you’re comfortable and ready to celebrate with us, we’re happy!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore your little ones, but our venue sits right in the water with a low retaining wall - and while it makes for a beautiful backdrop for a wedding, it’s not the safest playground for tiny explorers. We’ll have a few kiddos from our immediate family there, but for everyone’s peace of mind (and dry clothes!), we’re keeping the rest of the celebration adults-only. We so appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes please! In the RSVP section, there is a place to notate any food allergies

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the wedding venue. You are also more than welcome to leave your vehicle at the venue overnight and get it in the morning if needed!

Is there transportation to the venue?

Answer

Yes, we will run a trolley from the Inner Banks Inn to the wedding venue before the ceremony and after the reception
