Question

Will temperature checks be performed?

Answer

Yes, we will be taking everyone's temperature as they enter the venue. For the safety of all guests and staff, anyone with a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher will unfortunately be denied entry and asked to enjoy the wedding via livestream.

Question

What if I feel sick or experience any symptoms such as fever, cough, loss of smell or taste, neck pain, stomach pain, nausea, fatigue or any other symptoms that could be indicative of a possible illness on the day of the wedding?

Answer

Do not plan to attend the wedding. Please stay home and enjoy the wedding via livestream. If symptoms are emergent, please go to the nearest emergency room. Otherwise, if you are experiencing only mind symptoms please call (832) 927-7575 to find a free COVID-19 testing site near you.

Question

How do I access the livestream link?

Answer

Visit this wedding website and click on the subheading "Live-Stream Virtual Attendance". The link will appear on the site no later than April 16, 2021. The wedding will be streamed LIVE so make sure to click the link at 3:00pm CST.

Question

How many guest are planned to be in attendance?

Answer

Due to the current pandemic situation, we have limited our guest count to 60 individuals. We will be spacing out ceremony seating and reception seating at least six feet apart per CDC guidelines.

Question

Are masks required?

Answer

We are requiring mask use for guests when they are not eating or drinking. Although personalized wedding favor masks will be provided to you, please ensure you are wearing a mask that covers both your nose and your mouth prior to approaching the event center.

Question

What is the best way to gift the bride and groom?

Answer

Your presence is present enough! But should you choose to provide us with a gift we would appreciate whatever your heart desires to give.

Question

Will there be a reception?

Answer

Yes! Immediately after the ceremony guests will move into the reception area. While the reception may not look like a traditional (before Covid-19) reception, there will still be a reception with music to celebrate the bride and groom. Dinner will be served plated and drinks will be brought directly to guests, rather than self-service or bar setup. No alcohol will be served.

Question

Will hand sanitizer be available?

Answer

We will provide hand sanitizer to each guest and offer sanitizing stations in several areas of the venue. Please practice good hand hygiene after touching surfaces and feel free to bring your own hand sanitizer if desired. It is also recommended that you wash your hands with soap and water, making sure to lather for 30 seconds prior to rinsing.

Question

Will it be awkward not know whether or not to greet people?

Answer

Of course not, we are taking away the guess work. When entering the venue everyone will be asked to select a wrist band indicating their level of comfort with socializing and direct contact.
