Question

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

Although we always love seeing your little ones, we do please ask that you do not bring your kids unless their name is specified on your invitation. If it is a newborn, please reach out to the bride or groom.

Where should I park?

Answer

The venue has plenty of parking on site if you're driving a vehicle. Please give yourself time to walk from the parking area to the ceremony area.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes. There is handicap parking on site - please see the venue attendant with any questions.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and dinner reception will be outdoors. Dancing will be indoors.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests are welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes prior to the 4:30 pm ceremony. Please note the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm so arrive by 4:00 to park and find your ceremony seat.

What is the dress code? What should I wear?

Answer

The attire will be semi-formal. Feel free to wear your finest boots like the bridal party! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be on grass.

Is ride share (Lyft and/or Uber) available in the area?

Answer

Rideshares are NOT available in the area. There will be shuttle bus rides from Hotel Winters beginning around 3:30 pm day of. Anyone not staying at the hotel is also more than welcome to park and ride. The buses will take guests back to Hotel Winters as needed throughout the evening until the end of the wedding at 10pm.
