We will be utilizing the services of Zoom and recommend using a laptop or computer for the easiest
connection.
1. Click this link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89097868349
2. This should open in a web browser and should pop up with a “connecting” window asking you to
enter you email address and name. If this does not pop up, please click the “Launch Meeting”
button. (for some web browsers, a pop up will ask to “join using web page” and you will want to
select that option)
3. Once you have entered your email and name, click “Join Webinar”
4. If a pop up asks you to select the audio type, select the “Use Computer Audio”
5. This should bring you into the livestream. This is setup as a webinar format
where you will be able to see and hear us but will not be able to speak or turn on your video.
For Smartphones or tablets, download the “Zoom Cloud Meetings” app, click the link above, click use Zoom app, click Register for this webinar, enter email and name, and click Ok.
