From Sat. April 19, 2025- Thurs. April 24, 2025
Not at all! Our ceremony and reception will take place on the Voyager of the Seas cruise ship, and it will be open to both sailing and non-sailing guests. We intentionally scheduled our ceremony on the day of the ship's departure so that our family and friends who are not joining the cruise can still come to the wedding and celebrate with us!
Semi-formal: Tuxedos, gowns, suits, and cocktail dresses are all suitable options. Garden Attire: Opt for sundresses, floral prints, and suits in lighter colors. Resort Casual: Choose linen pants, short-sleeved button-down shirts, maxi dresses, and sandals. *If you choose to match with the wedding colors, please note that they are sand blue and gold champagne.
This is such a unique situation in that we are vacationing and having a wedding simultaneously! Due to limited space in the venue, unless indicated on your RSVP, we are unable to accommodate your additional guests for the wedding and reception portion. However, you are more than welcome to bring your additional guest(s) for the cruise!! They can take advantage of the many activities offered on the boat and join us after the ceremony/ reception!
No! Come for our wedding and stay for your vacation! There are no formal events related to the wedding party once the cruise has started. We will however create a group message for our sailing guests to feel free and join us for events throughout the week!
Ideal Wedding RSVP: Jan. 1, 2025 Final Wedding RSVP: Feb. 1, 2025 Cruise Deposit: Immediately Total Cruise Payment: Jan. 19, 2025 Hotel Deposit: Due upon checkout

Don't hesitate to get in touch with the hotel of your choosing directly and say you would like to reserve a room under "Jonathan & Rachel's Wedding"
ASAP- although you can fly on the day of the wedding 04/19/25, you risk missing the wedding and cruise if you have flight complications. We'd recommend flying in the day before on 04/18/2025 so you can enjoy the rehearsal dinner!
Don't hesitate to get in touch with our travel agent Michelle Garry, who can help you reserve your cabin or add to our group block!
That is perfectly fine! Just get in touch with our wonderful travel agent, Michelle, and she'll be more than happy to help you book the cabin of your choice!
Royal Caribbean has a free app that has a chat feature. You can use this feature without paying for the internet. We recommend downloading the app before boarding. Per RC, "You can make dining reservations, book shore excursions, chat with friends and family, view activities and entertainment, and access your onboard account. You can also explore deck maps, view venues and their operating hours, access menus, and much more."
