Is there Parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes. The Palm event center has a decent sized parking lot but I would strongly suggest using a car service. If you must drive, cars can be left in the lot overnight as long as they are picked up by 11 am the following morning.

Unfortunately no.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The wedding begins at 5:30, however, there will be welcome Sangria served prior to the ceremony. Please plan to arrive at 5:00 pm to drink, mingle and find a seat. Late guests will not be permitted into the ceremony space once it has begun.

This is a black tie event.

Am I allowed to bring a guest?

Answer

Myron and I have reserved a certain amount of seats per guest. If your invitation is addressed in your name only, we have 1 seat reserved in your honor. If your invitation is addressed to you and “guest” OR your partners name is also listed, we have reserved 2 seats in your honor. If you are still unsure, search for your name on the guestlist (under the RSVP page) to verify how many guests we have reserved under your entry. PLEASE do not plan to bring a guest if that option was not made available to you during the RSVP process.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Oakland, SFO, or Stockton if you are flying in from a surrounding state.

Are masks required?

Answer

At this time masks are not required. I have been keeping an eye on infection rates and paying close attention to CDC recommendations. In the event the state tightens up on indoor gatherings, the venue will require me to let them know how many of my confirmed guests have been vaccinated. We respect everyone’s privacy, so do not feel pressured to disclose that information during the RSVP process...but please note that if cases surge, all persons who declined will be required to wear a mask and may be asked to provide a negative Covid test 48 hours prior to the wedding. Our only goal here is to ensure everyone’s safety.
