Question

What is the timeline?

Answer

Ceremony will be from 6 - 6:30pm. Cocktail hour will be from 6:30-7:30pm Reception will be from 7:30pm-11:30pm

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

All guests NOT in the wedding party should arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking. Please arrive earlier if you need to check into a hotel prior.

Where will the ceremony take place?

Answer

The ceremony will take place in doors in the Conservatory Ballroom at Talamore County Club.

Question

Can you take pictures during the ceremony and reception?

Answer

No and Yes! While we want guests to take pictures to their hearts content during the reception, we ask that you please refrain from having your phone or camera out during the ceremony itself. We will have a professional photographer taking pictures throughout the event and we would like the ceremony to feel natural. However, again please feel free to take your own photos at the reception. You can then send them to us or post them using the hastag #Ready2Reiter

Will there be an Open Bar?

YES! The Bar will be open for the entire duration of the cocktail hour and reception.

Are there hotel accommodations?

Answer

Yes. There are two hotel options listed on the travel tab. We will update with the discounted code at a later date.

Where do I park?

Answer

There is ample parking right outside of the Talamore County Clubhouse.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

While there will not be anything "official" at the venue, we are working on some possibilities.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

For guests staying at either of the hotels, there will NOT be transportation. Please plan accordingly and drive safely.

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. While we want everyone to enjoy our special day, our wedding will mostly be child free. There are exceptions for children involved in the ceremony, children of the bridal party, and some of the young adults involved in the UGH dance group. We hope you understand.
