Can I bring my child(ren)?
Answer
While we love your children, we are having an adult only event with the exception of our immediate family. Date night for Mom & Dad!

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to venue capacity, plus ones will be indicated on your invitation when you RSVP

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We ask our guests to arrive in semi formal attire. We also kindly ask you to refrain from wearing colors typically reserved for the bride such as ivory, cream, and white.

In order to get a proper head count to our venue on time, we kindly ask you RSVP by March 15, 2024

With everything being digital now, we are making as easy as possible for our guests! There is a RSVP tab on this website that is super easy to let us know if you will be joining us or not. For our guests who aren't as tech savvy, just let the bride or groom now and we can RSVP for you.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony starts at 5:00 pm. We ask our guests arrive at the venue between 4:15 and 4:45 pm to account for parking and walking to the site

993 Aspen Lake Circle Drive Innsbrook, MO 63390 Our venue has asked to inform those using GPS, that Google Maps works better than Apple Maps, but both should work fine if you type in this exact address :)

Will the wedding be inside or outside?
Answer
Our ceremony will be held outside, but the reception will be held inside.

Is this an unplugged ceremony?
Answer
NOT AT ALL! This is a hot take and untraditional, but we are having a PLUGGED -IN ceremony and reception! We would absolutely love to see the whole day from your perspective, so record and snap away!

Where do I go when I get to the venue?
Answer
A staff member will greet you at the entrance gates when you arrive to the venue. You will tell them you are there for the Quintanar Wedding and they will give you a map with directions on where exactly to go.

Where do I park?
Answer
There are 3 big parking lots at the venue, so plenty of room and you can't miss it!

Where do I go after I park?
Answer
We will be getting married on the Lake Aspen Stage, which might be difficult for some of our guests to get to. It is a long, downhill walkway. There will be a complimentary shuttle to the site 30 minutes prior to the ceremony and 30 minutes following the ceremony. A staff member will greet you upon your arrival and direct you where to go if you choose not to use the shuttle.

The reception will be at the Aspen Room on site, so no need to drive!

Should I bring anything?
Answer
Yes! Please bring yourself and be ready to dance :) although it isn't expected, we would love for our guests to bring a disposable camera. There will be disposable cameras provided, but the more the merrier! We want to capture our day from our guests' perspectives too, so we will be collecting cameras at the end of the night.

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
While your presence is a gift in itself, we are including our registry here under the registry tab. If that doesn't work for some reason, we are registered on Amazon, or there is a place to contribute cash via Venmo at the bottom of the registry page. Places we shop frequently include Wal Mart, Amazon, Academy Sports, and AMC movies.
