Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP on this site by July 22, 2021. We know things can come up last minute - if you need to change your RSVP any time after 7/22, please reach out to us personally to let us know as well.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Right here on Zola! Please check out the menu links at the top of the page to find our registry. The website page is integrated with our registry on Amazon, also found at https://www.amazon.com/wedding/share/randi-and-gian Please do not feel obligated to purchase gifts only from the online registry - or at all. We are most happy to have you join us for our special day! Gifts and cards can be mailed to 83-35 139th Street, #1R, Briarwood, NY 11435.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress in semi-formal or cocktail attire. If you aren't sure, please ask! If you'd like to go all out, our colors are pink, yellow, and orange. We plan to have our ceremony outdoors and expect it to be hot. Please take the August weather into account, as well as any potential forecasts for rain.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to COVID-19, we have chosen to keep this event for our immediate family and a small number of close friends. Please do not bring a date or plus one who was not explicitly invited to the event. When RSVPing on this site, you will be able to see all individuals invited in your party and for whom you can RSVP. We hope to have a larger celebration with all friends and family next year, and would love to host both you and your date at that time!

Question

What COVID-19 restrictions will be in place (required vaccination, testing, masks)?

Answer

As of July, our venue no longer requires vaccination cards or negative tests as proof to enter, and will continue to collect temperatures and contact information for tracing from all guests. Masks are required to enter the venue, but may be removed once you reach our ceremony site. All staff is vaccinated and is still continuing to wear masks. With these looser restrictions, we ask that all guests do their best to ensure the safety of our friends and family by getting one of the available vaccines if possible, avoiding exposure to anyone positive to COVID-19 prior to the event, and not attending if you have any symptoms of the virus. If you are no longer able or feel uncomfortable traveling or attending, we understand. Please let us know as soon as possible—no later than July 22—so we can update our relevant vendors. We will keep you updated if the circumstances change and are looking forward to celebrating together!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Unfortunately, there is no parking provided by the venue. Guests will need to use street parking. As this is a small wedding and the venue is local to most, we recommend parking by your accommodations and coordinating a carpool/Uber/other ride share if possible. If you do choose to drive and park by the venue, we kindly remind you to please make sure you have a designated driver if you plan to enjoy our signature cocktails.
