What is the address of the venue?

Wild Goose Farm is located at 2935 Shepherd Grade Rd, Shepherdstown, WV 25443.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. Please arrive by 3:30 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of free parking at the venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love all of your children, but this will be an adults-only wedding, with the exception of children in the wedding party.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for this event is cocktail attire. The ceremony will be outdoors, but the reception will be in an air conditioned barn.

Is it ok to take our own photos?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that you refrain from using your phone or taking pictures during the ceremony. We will have an amazing photographer and can share photos at a later date. Feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like the rest of the night during the cocktail hour and reception!

What type of food will be served?

Answer

We will be serving Tee Dawgs BBQ at the reception. If you have any dietary restrictions we should know about, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will have a limited open bar during our reception. There will be beer, wine, seltzers and our signature cocktails. Drinks are free, but please remember to tip our wonderful bartenders!

Will there be a shuttle service?

Answer

We will have a shuttle van that goes between the wedding venue and the Bavarian Inn. The shuttle will leave the Bavarian Inn at 3:15 pm and drop guests off at the venue before the ceremony. The shuttle van will be available for round-trip returns to the Inn until 11:00 pm.
