Parking and transportation

Answer

There is ample parking at the wedding venue. We will also be providing a shuttle to and from the hotel that we have a room block at for guests who are planning on staying there.

Is the ceremony or reception outdoors?

Answer

Yes, as long as weather permits (not pouring rain or in a heat wave) the ceremony will be outside. The cocktail hour is mostly outdoors, there is a lounge to go in but it is not fully air conditioned. The reception is in a large barn. The doors will be open allowing air to flow. The venue said they can swing the temps about 15-20 degrees so it should be comfortable for guests during the reception. It is summer and mostly outdoor so dress accordingly.
