Contreras Ranch is located near Livermore's Altamont Pass, just 7 miles (15 minutes) east of downtown Livermore. There is no public transportation to the ranch, but it can easily be accessed by car. To get to the ranch from the Hilton Garden Inn, start by heading northwest on Constitution Drive from the Hilton Garden Inn. Turn left onto N Canyons Pkwy. Use the middle lane to turn left onto Airway Blvd. Use the right lane to take the I-580 E ramp to Stockton. Merge onto I-580 N and stay on for 5 miles. Take the exit toward S Vasco Rd. Keep right, follow signs for Vasco Road S and merge onto S Vasco Rd. Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto Patterson Pass Rd for approximately 2.5 miles. Turn left onto Flynn Rd S. The road will curve right, take the first driveway on your lefthand side. Follow the road until its end (0.7 miles).

Parking will be available on the Contreras Ranch property along the main road leading up to the ranch. Please park behind the last car you see along the right side of the road. Dedicated parking is also available for guests with limited mobility. Passengers can be dropped off at the ranch roundabout prior to parking.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn in Livermore from Friday, October 20th - Sunday, October 22nd. The Rate is $129/night for king and double queen rooms or $159/night for king one bedroom suites. Festive attire. Whatever feels fun, comfortable, and celebratory for an outdoor ranch-setting! We'll provide weather updates closer to the date, but a light sweater, jacket or coat is a probably good idea as temps cool once the sun sets. As parking is located along a dirt road and the ceremony is on a grass lawn, we highly recommend comfortable footwear that you can dance in and don't mind getting a bit dusty.
Average October 21st temperatures range from highs of 82°F to 71°F, rarely falling below 63°F or exceeding 93°F. Daily low temperatures range from 55°F to 49°F, rarely falling below 42°F or exceeding 60°F. However, the ranch is on a hill, so evenings can get windy.
The ceremony will begin at 4:30p. We kindly request that you arrive no later than 4:10p to ensure ample time for parking and walking to the venue.
