Are children welcome at the reception?

Answer

Yes! We’re excited to celebrate with the whole family, and children are warmly invited to join us at the reception. But if you’d like to make it a special evening for just the two of you, it’s also a lovely chance to cherish your own love while celebrating our marriage with us.

Is there parking at the reception?

Answer

Yes! Procreations Brewery has fenced, private parking that will be available during the reception. There is also plenty of street parking.

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail Attire encouraged! Think cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. That said, we want everyone to feel comfortable—if cocktail attire isn’t your style, please wear what feels right and festive to you. Note that we will be outside, so a jacket might be a good idea too!

Will the reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The reception will be outdoors, so please dress comfortably for the weather and bring a light layer just in case it cools down in the evening.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

For our private ceremony earlier in the day, we can only accommodate those specifically invited. ❤️ However, you’re more than welcome to bring a guest to the reception, just let us know when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Do you have hotel blocks or lodging recommendations nearby?

Answer

We don’t have hotel blocks reserved, but we’re happy to share recommendations for places to stay nearby—just reach out and we’ll point you in the right direction!

Will either of you be changing your last name?

Answer

Nope! We're both keeping our own. Between our work (and all those publications) and just being attached to them, it makes the most sense for us.
