Question

How do we RSVP and when is the deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP on the RSVP page. You can also text us if you have trouble with the website! If we do not receive a RSVP by September 18, 2026, it will be marked as a “No.” We will miss you celebrating with us, however to ensure that we can provide the venue and vendors with a total guest count in a timely manner, we will not accept any late RSVPs. If you RSVP and something happens and you can no longer attend please reach out to Ranada or Robert asap so we can make the proper changes. Know that you will be missed. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a guest or child(ren)?

Answer

We are honored to have numerous friends and family who wish to celebrate with us! Due to venue and other restrictions, we must ask that only those individuals named on the invitations be in attendance. Regarding children, while we love your children, unless they were named on the invitation and over 13+, unfortunately they won't be able to attend. Thank you for understanding. We will have food and seating only for those parties who are invited and formally RSVP.

Is there a dress code? Is there a theme?

Answer

Yes! We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting everyone to wear black and are asking for 100% participation. We are planning to take many pictures with our loved ones so please come dress to impress.
Our wedding colors are black, gold, and rose gold. Please feel free to wear gold and/or rose gold as an accent color. We request no jeans or shorts. We are going with a Harlem Nights theme, however you don't have to dress accordingly (But feel free, if the spirit moves you).

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors open at 4:30pm. Feel free to join us for light refreshments during this time. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. Please arrive in time to ensure you have time to park and get settled. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, but once the ceremony begins, no guests will be allowed to enter until after Ranada has come in. *Please note, the city is installing a new bus route in front of the venue. Be mindful this could cause additional delays (Especially on a Friday during rush hour traffic.).

Is there parking at the venue and what should we know?

Answer

Yes, there is a free parking lot with ample space. The wedding will be outside (weather permitted). Cocktail hour will be inside and outside (weather permitted). The reception will be inside. When you pull into the venue, follow the signs for parking. No smoking or outside liquor allowed on the premises

Can we take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that everyone be mindful and respectful of the photographer and videographer. We've invested in these professionals and want to make sure their photos and videos take priority. We would love for you to be fully present and enjoy the moment with us, however we're not oppose to you taking video/photos. There will be a QR code for you to share your footage. Just please remember our professionals will capture all the special memories, so please don't get in their way. During the ceremony please make sure your devices are on vibrate or silent. We ask that no one post photos, videos, or go live on social media during the ceremony. Please refrain from posting anything until after we do.

Answer

We ask that you bless us with your prayers and presence. Should you wish to contribute in some other way, you can choose something on our registry or Zelle Ranada or Robert. There will also be a card box for any cards you want to give us. For more details, please refer to the registry. We thank you in advance for blessing us.
