What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal all-black attire. Men: Black tuxedo or suit with a white dress shirt and a black tie or bow tie. Women: Black gowns or cocktail dresses. Black outfit is highly encouraged, minor designs are acceptable but please respect the dress code.

Is the event indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The celebration will take place in both outdoor and indoor settings. The initial portions of the event will be outdoors, followed by an indoor dinner and reception.

Will I be uncomfortable in black attire due to the heat?

Answer

The arrival area will be primarily shaded, and handheld fans will be provided upon arrival. As the evening progresses, the temperature will naturally cool.

What happens in the event of inclement weather?

We have comprehensive contingency plans in place to ensure a seamless experience, regardless of weather conditions.

Where will the after-party take place?

Answer

The after-party location will remain undisclosed until the wedding day. However, guests can expect an exclusive indoor/outdoor waterfront venue along the MacArthur Expressway in Miami.

How will guests be transported to the after-party?

Answer

Commercial shuttle buses, each accommodating up to 56 passengers each, will be available at the wedding venue to transport guests to the after-party.

Question

Will there be an opportunity to change attire?

Answer

Yes, guests are encouraged to bring a change of clothing. Storage will be provided by the event hostesses, and designated changing areas will be available at the venue at 12am and before departure to the after-party.

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

Guests are required to arrive between 4:30 PM – 5:00 PM to allow ample time for check-in and pre-ceremony refreshments. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM, and we kindly ask that all guests be seated by this time. Please plan accordingly for travel to Homestead, as Friday traffic in Miami may extend the commute to approximately one hour from downtown. Valet parking will be available for those who choose to drive, and there will be ample parking for all guests. For everyone’s safety, we kindly remind guests to drink responsibly and arrange for transportation if needed.

May I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Attendance is restricted to guests listed on the invitation. If you have any questions regarding your RSVP, please contact us directly. Security will be on site.

Is there a wedding registry or gift policy?

Answer

We appreciate your love and support, which is the greatest gift of all! This wedding will not have a registry, and we kindly ask that no boxed gifts be brought to the event unless specifically requested beforehand.

If I drive where do I park?

Answer

Valet parking will be provided for all guests. Upon arrival, please enter through the main gate and proceed around the central fountain to the main entrance, where valet attendants will be ready to assist you.
