We’re so thrilled to spend our special day with you! We thought that this website was a perfect opportunity to share who we are with you and a little bit of our background. Matt is from Canal Fulton, OH which is just a fifteen minute drive from where Olivia lives in Jackson Township, OH. We met in high school and have been madly in love ever since! Matt attended Malone University in Canton, OH and majored in Middle Childhood Education with concentrations in math and science. He played on the Malone football team for four years, first year as middle linebacker and defensive end the last three years. He now works at Indian Valley Middle School as a 6th grade science teacher, and he loves every minute of it! Olivia also attended Malone University to major in Pre-Medical Biology and minor in Psychology. Olivia was an RA in Blossom Hall for two years and in Heritage Hall one year. She also completed a thesis in the Honor’s Program. Olivia now is preparing for medical school and is planning to work as a medical scribe after graduation from Malone. We both truly loved our experiences and lifelong friends we gained during our college journey!! We are both travel nuts, finding excuses to go somewhere any chance we get! We’ve been to St. Pete Beach and Orlando, Florida together as well as a cruise that took us to many places in the Western Carribean (where the engagement happened!). Not to mention many, many, many short getaways like butterfly gardens, Cleveland, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, the Donut Trail in Cincinnati, and many more. Life has been nothing short of an adventure, and we can’t wait to explore it together from here on out. We’re especially excited for our honeymoon in Negril, Jamaica. Thank you so much for being a part of our lives and journey. We wouldn’t be who we are today without every one of you, and your prayers and support have always been appreciated! We anxiously antipicate our big day, and can’t wait to share it with you all!

We had been saving to go on a cruise to the Western Carribean for over a year. It was finally embarkation day, which also happened to be Olivia’s 20th birthday, and Matt seemed to be sooo nervous. Olivia didn’t think anything of it and chalked it up to being nervous about being on such a big boat. After a wonderful day of lounging on the pool deck, swimming, and dancing, it was time for dinner. We had a fantastic meal, and for dessert the staff brought out a cake that said “Happy Birthday!” while the whole restaurant sang to Olivia. As soon as they were done, Matt got down on one knee and popped the question. Olivia was stunned and thrilled, and it was one of the happiest days of our lives. The staff brought out another cake that said “Happy Engagement!” and sang to the happy couple once more. It was absolutely a day to remember!
