Our wedding will take place on June 23rd, 2023 at The Hotel Carmichael in Downtown Carmel, IN. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. Please be on time.
This is a black tie event. Please expect to be in formal attire. No jeans, baseball caps, or sneakers. Please oblige us by wearing champagne, gold, blush, or black. We want everyone to look their best! Dress to impress!
The ceremony will take place inside the Cole Porter Ballroom of The Hotel Carmichael. The cocktail hour will take place on the Outdoor Terrace. The reception will be indoor/outdoor as we have use of both the Cole Porter Ballroom and Outdoor Terrace.
While we can't predict the weather on our big day, we chose a June date with hopes of clear skies and perfect temperatures!
The wedding ceremony will begin promptly a five o'clock in the evening and will last for an hour. After the ceremony will be cocktail hour where guests can enjoy hors d'oeurves and signature cocktails on the outdoor terrace. The reception will begin at six o'clock with a seated dinner staring at seven o'clock and dancing until midnight.
Yes! You have the option of free self-parking or valet parking. Please keep in mind that self-parking is free of charge, however, valet parking is not.
As much as we love your kids, we want our wedding to be your night off! The only children that will be present will be those in the wedding party.
There will be a three-course plated dinner consisting of a salad, an entree, and wedding cake for dessert.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate plus ones due to venue space restrictions. Those in attendance should be those listed on the official invitation.
Due to our reception dinner being plated, It is extremely important that all of our guests are properly accounted for. To make the process as easy as possible, you can RSVP here on our website once you receive your invitation. Please be sure to RSVP using the full names of everyone in your party. The deadline to RSVP is May 23rd, 2023. Remember, if you want to eat.....you'll need to RSVP!
We would like for all phones to be put away during the wedding ceremony. We have a team of photographers that will be working to get the best photos and we’d like our guests to be present in the moment! However, phones are welcome during the reception!
